Consulting Firm Leases its First Space in East Sacramento

Tech consulting firm KAI Partners Inc. will establish its first dedicated location in February, a 9,000-square-foot lease in Cannery Business Park in Sacramento.

President and majority partner David Kendall said the building will allow the company to consolidate IT consulting, a training incubator, workforce development and other components of its business under one roof.

“We’ve been planning this for the better part of 2017,” he said. The space at Cannery Business Park, 3301 C St., Building 1000, is actually a sublease from engineering firm Wood Rodgers, which recently renewed its lease in the park but doesn’t need the same footprint.
