Over the three-month marketing period, TCRE generated 50+ tours through the building and four offers, and ultimately sold the property to a local investor for $495,000. Interestingly, a nearly identical mixed-use property down the street sold in May for $425,000, so this sale represents an approximate 16% price premium over this comparable building. TCRE leveraged the multiple offers and worked closely with the buyer’s lender and appraiser to achieve this outstanding price.
