Two downtown Sacramento buildings on busy streets and hosting well-known tenants are on the market.

Turton Commercial Real Estate released an offering memorandum this week for 1011 10th St., also known as the Landmark Building. At the northeast corner of 10th St. and Jazz Alley, the 29,500-square-foot office building is being listed for $3.995 million.

Although the building’s ground floor includes 30-foot ceilings and three skylights, it’s not clear how many of the office spaces are occupied. However, the building does have well-known tenants, most notably unpretentious watering hole Pre-Flite Lounge in the building’s basement, facing onto Jazz Alley. The basement, which totals 12,000 square feet, also includes a storage area and eight covered parking spots. The ground floor was formerly home to a bank, converted most recently to a bar and catering area.
