Moksa Brewing Co., which opened in Rocklin early last year, got a big shoutout from RateBeer.com, a website that compiles consumers’ beer ratings. RateBeer lists Moksa among the 15 best new brewers in the world for 2018. The list, which is available online, is based on scores from consumer reviewers on RateBeer.
