5 Things: Ululani’s Hawaiian Shave Ice Sets Opening Date in Old Sacramento

The store at 1013 Second St. will hold a grand opening on May 23, operators announced on social media.

The franchise chain from Hawaii calls itself “Maui’s favorite spot for the world’s most delicious shave ice.” Ululani’s has locations in California, Florida, Hawaii and Texas, according to its website.

Stuart Snider of Epic Real Estate Advisors Inc. represented Ululani’s franchisee Jonnie Dang in the Old Sacramento lease. Jack Scurfield with Turton Commercial Real Estate represented the landlord in the lease, according to Snider.
