A new residential midrise is nearing completion at the corner of Land Park Drive and Broadway. With it will come three new concepts from chef Chris Barnum-Dann of the Michelin-starred Localis in midtown.

The restaurant, Sacasta, will be a tapas and pintxos concept featuring Spanish and Basque small bites and sharable larger plates.

The restaurant will share an open patio with the market, called Giadano’s. The market, which will furnish all of Barnum-Dann’s restaurants, will include a butcher, a bakery and a creamery called Kindred Creamery, according to Abridged.

The bottle shop, 48 Wine Cellar, aims to be the ultimate high-end wine retailer in the area, with bottles starting at $150.

Scott Kingston, Jack Scurfield, and David Scanlon with Turton Commercial are working on this new residential midrise at 1600 Broadway.
