New Senior Director Named at Turton Commercial Real Estate

Shilo Rochelle has joined Sacramento’s Turton Commercial Real Estate as a senior director, following a successful tenure as a senior broker and associate at Cushman & Wakefield.

Rochelle will focus on retail, creative office and mixed-use leasing and redevelopment opportunities throughout the Sacramento region for the Northern California commercial real estate advisory firm, representing property owners, developers, tenants and investors focusing on Sacramento’s infill corridors and emerging neighborhood nodes.
