Description: Construction of a beer garden and food hall at The Line, a ghost kitchen that opened in late 2022. The Line has 11 commercial kitchens inside a 5,045-square-foot building where local food operators rent space and provide on-site, to-go and delivery services. The beer garden and food hall feature 71 drink taps in two bars, along with fire pits, a gaming area, dog run, private event space and indoor and outdoor seating. The two venues combined total 20,000 square feet.
