Turton Commercial Real Estate Welcomes Shilo Rochelle as Senior Director
Brokers: Shilo Rochelle
Turton Commercial Real Estate announced that Shilo Rochelle has joined the firm as Senior Director, further strengthening the company’s presence across Sacramento’s retail, mixed-use, and urban infill commercial real estate sectors.
A Sacramento native with experience spanning tenant representation, landlord leasing, investment advisory, and redevelopment strategy, Shilo brings a relationship-driven approach rooted in deep local market knowledge and a passion for the continued evolution of Sacramento’s urban core.
At Turton, Shilo will focus on retail, creative office, and mixed-use leasing and redevelopment opportunities throughout the Sacramento region, representing property owners, developers, tenants, and investors. Her work will center heavily on Sacramento’s infill corridors and emerging neighborhood nodes, where retail, hospitality, adaptive reuse, and placemaking continue reshaping the city’s identity.
“Shilo understands Sacramento at a neighborhood level,” said Ken Turton, President of Turton Commercial Real Estate. “She recognizes how thoughtful tenant mix, retail activation, and adaptive reuse projects contribute to the long-term success of the tenants, the landlord and the community. Her relationships, energy, and understanding of the market make her a strong addition to the firm.”
Prior to joining Turton Commercial Real Estate, Rochelle held brokerage positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Ethan Conrad Properties, where she worked on retail and industrial leasing assignments, corporate tenant representation, and landlord advisory services throughout the Sacramento region. During her career, she has participated in assignments involving national tenants including Valvoline and 24 Hour Fitness, while also building strong relationships with local and regional operators throughout Northern California.
Her experience includes retail leasing assignments along major Sacramento corridors including Howe Avenue and Fair Oaks Boulevard, as well as tenant representation work for fitness users, educational operators, and growing service-based businesses ranging from 500 SF to 29,000 SF.
Shilo’s transaction experience includes tenant representation assignments for GForce Fitness in both Rocklin and El Dorado Hills, Sunrise Montessori in Sacramento, and various retail leasing and investment sale assignments throughout the region.
In addition to private-sector brokerage, Shilo has experience advising on public agency-related real estate matters, including acquisition, leasing, and disposition strategy. Her perspective combines institutional brokerage experience with a strong understanding of local ownership groups, redevelopment trends, and Sacramento’s evolving urban landscape.
“Sacramento is in a really interesting phase of growth,” said Shilo. “There’s a renewed focus on walkability, neighborhood retail, adaptive reuse, and creating places people genuinely want to spend time in. I’m excited to join a firm that has played such a major role in shaping so many of the city’s most transformative projects and corridors.”
Outside of brokerage, Shilo remains active within Sacramento’s Catholic school and Diocese communities. She enjoys traveling, exploring Sacramento’s growing food and hospitality scene, and spending time with her two children, John and Luna.
