West Sacramento Land Near Future I Street Bridge Replacement Listed for Sale

“There’s a lot of new development happening around this property,” said Jon Lang of Turton Commercial Real Estate, which is listing the property.

Given its location, he said, the site will also serve as a gateway from the future bridge to the Washington neighborhood of West Sacramento. Existing zoning is for mixed-use neighborhood commercial and the land is within a planned development overlay, meaning a wide variety of residential and commercial developments are possible.

Records show the owner acquired the property assemblage about 20 years ago through related-party transactions. Turton Commercial is listing 321-329 C St. for $2.6 million.
