Turton Commercial Real Estate has successfully leased the only vacancy at 1014 21^st Street, an approximately 1,700 square foot penthouse office with rooftop patio. The lease was completed with Red Dog Strategies Inc., a political campaign consulting group headquartered in Southern California. 1014 21st Street is an approximate 30,000 SF office building located at the corner of 21st and J Street in Midtown. The penthouse suite is comprised of a 1,700 SF office space with exclusive use of a 2,000 SF outdoor, rooftop patio at no additional cost.
