After Hours: Sacramento Business Journal’s 2026 Redefining the Core Event

The Sacramento Business Journal held its Redefining the Core event on May 7 on the 21st floor of the Esquire Plaza in Downtown Sacramento.

The morning event featured a panel discussion about the future of Sacramento’s urban core. Sacramento Business Journal Senior Reporter Ben van der Meer moderated the conversation. The panelists included Sacramento City Councilmember Phil Pluckebaum, Scott Kingston with Turton Commercial Real Estate, Nellie Cruz with CBRE and John Vignocchi with Urban Capital LLC.
