Bardis & Miry Development Buys Parking Lot on Q Street for Future Potential Project

Bardis & Miry Development bought the 35,000-square-foot parking lot south of Q Street between 10th and 11th Streets, in a deal brokered by Turton Commercial Real Estate.
“It’s an income-producing property today, creating a solid return,” said Scott Kingston, a senior vice president at Turton Commercial Real Estate who worked on the deal. “Development potential down the road.”
The couple paid $2.39 million for the lot, which Priority Parking currently operates.
