Cambria Solutions Uses New Downtown Location as Recruiting Tool

Technology firm Cambria Solutions is settling into its sleek new Sacramento office space at Eighth and K streets, a site that underwent a dramatic renovation.

Cambria started moving some of its local employees into the third floor of the building six weeks ago. Some building construction and renovation is still ongoing, said Robert Rodriguez, founder and CEO for Cambria Solutions and also a partner in the limited partnership that owns the building.

“We want to have a technology vibe. We bring modern tools and technology to government,” Rodriguez said of his firm, which provides information technology consulting services to government agencies. Doing that requires hiring people with years of experience, and it takes an impressive office environment to attract the best employees, he said.
