Developer Submits Updated Plan for 25-Acre Roseville Station Project with 1,058 Apartments

Property owner Howard Justus has submitted an updated proposal for his 25-acre urban infill project Roseville Station.

The new proposal, for 901 and 903 Galleria Blvd., would have a combination of housing, retail, hospitality and office space at a more urban, walkable scale, according to the new submission to the city of Roseville.

“Roseville Station presents an incredible opportunity to create a new urban center for Roseville and the surrounding region,” the application states. “With a trend towards urbanites moving from the Bay Area to Roseville there is an opportunity to create a new kind of setting, that takes the best aspects of the city, of urban living, and brings it to this site in the suburbs.”

According to the application, the project would have 1,058 apartment units across buildings of four or five stories, some of them with ground-floor commercial space; 166,273 square feet of commercial space including a two-story “feature market” with a public market feel; a seven-story, 150-room hotel with restaurant, gym, spa and other amenities; and 72,200 square feet of office space in two four-story buildings.

Scott Kingston, Ken Turton, and Shilo Rochelle with Turton Commercial Real Estate is expected to be the principal brokerage team for commercial space in the project.
