The ambitious Downtown Dova development project is coming up for city approvals, beginning with a city planning commission vote on Sept. 30.
A staff report for the commission provides new details about the Rancho Cordova project, which in its first phase would have a 7,500-seat arena hosting two indoor soccer teams and an outdoor plaza.
