Former Buca di Beppo on Howe Planned as Banquet Hall, Permit Shows

A former Buca di Beppo restaurant on Howe Avenue is being proposed for conversion to a banquet hall, according to a permit application with Sacramento County.
The application for 1249 Howe Ave. in Arden-Arcade calls for interior demolition of partition walls and a drop ceiling, building new walls and relocating some kitchen equipment, according to the permit.
Ken Turton and Scott Kingston of Turton Commercial Real Estate brokered the sale to Javed Ahmadi, who bought the building in 2025.
