Former Horn Barbecue Space Leased in Elk Grove

A new future is in the works for the former Horn Barbecue space in Elk Grove, but the incoming tenant’s identity hasn’t been revealed.

“While we are not able to share the identity of the new tenant just yet, we can say that this is far more than a traditional restaurant concept. The new use will bring a highly experiential, entertainment-driven destination to the property, creating a compelling new reason for people to visit, gather and spend time in Elk Grove,” Scott Kingston wrote on social media.

The restaurant space is 6,500 square feet, with a 2,455-square-foot patio. The spot was last occupied by Horn Barbecue, which permanently closed its Elk Grove site, the Business Journal reported earlier this year.

Scott Kingston, Matt Axford, and Shilo Rochelle from Turton Commercial Real Estate worked on the deal.
