Group Behind Roseville’s Range Kitchen & Tap Plans Midtown Restaurant

Though the exact name is still in flux, “Range” is likely to be part of what will open within a couple months at 1813 Capitol Ave., formerly occupied by Sibling by Pushkin’s.

The new restaurant, in a space of about 2,700 square feet, will have both a happy hour and brunch menu as well as a full bar. The restaurant will also emphasize preparing items in house, including steps such as grinding beef to make hamburgers and creating chicken stock daily.

Scott Kingston and Kimio Bazett from Turton Commercial Real Estate brokered the new lease for the location.
