A three-story former mansion-turned-office space in Midtown Sacramento has been listed for sale, in an area where it could be used for office, retail or residential.
The Dunn Mansion in Midtown has been listed for $1.5 million with brokerage Turton Commercial Real Estate by its owner, the Criminal Justice Legal Foundation.
The mansion is a Victorian with colonial revival elements. It retains its original stained glass and has ornate interior woodwork and interior columns. Its entire lot is fenced and it stands on a high-profile corner of Midtown, at 22nd and L streets.
