New Restaurant Field-n-Flame Midtown Ready for Customers

A new eatery has opened in a space long known as the home of de Vere’s Irish Pub in Sacramento.
Field-n-Flame Midtown, which specializes in new American and modern Mediterranean cuisine, is now open at 1521 L St., operators announced on social media.
A dinner menu online includes options such as a grilled pork chop and boneless rib-eye steak. Lunch service is coming soon, the restaurant’s website states.
The space at 1521 L St. was most recently occupied by Seoul St. Midtown, a locally owned restaurant and bar that opened in 2022 and closed last year. Before that, it was the longtime home of de Vere’s Irish Pub, which closed in 2021.
