Owner Proposing Commercial Condos for Two Downtown Sacramento Office Buildings

Two renovated office buildings on K Street in Downtown Sacramento are planned to have condominium maps, as the owner looks to appeal to a part of the office market not being served.

The buildings at 830 and 1130 K St. are available now for potential buyers, said broker Ken Turton of Turton Commercial Real Estate, with options such as leasing until the condo map is approved.

Turton said if there’s demand to chop up one floor into smaller spaces, the current owners will explore that once both buildings have full condo maps. Initially, the marketing will be for full floor plates.

In addition to Turton, David Khedry and Scott Kingston are representing the owners for condo interest.
