Publicly traded S&W Seed Co. moved its headquarters office to Sacramento from Handford in the Southern Central Valley.
The new headquarters of S&W (Nasdaq: SANW) is in a historic Gold Rush-era building in Old Sacramento.
The Sacramento office will have about a dozen employees, mostly executives, sales, finance and administration teams, said Robert Blum, spokesman for the company.
