Two vacant retail spaces at an apartment and retail project in East Sacramento’s Sutter Park infill project are expected to be filled in early 2023.
Sutter Triangle, at the corner of Sutter Park Way and 53rd Street, includes three ground-floor retail spaces totaling approximately 2,500 square feet and 11 apartments upstairs. The project was developed in 2020 by Urban Elements Inc. and sold last year for $8.35 million.
One of the project’s retail spaces is filled by Poppy by Mama Kim cafe, which began operating last year.
