Tua Pelle Wellness Spa Opens in Midtown Sacramento

A medical spa chain opened in Midtown Sacramento last week, marking its first local site.

Tua Pelle Wellness Spa opened at 2801 Q St. in Midtown on Feb. 2. The spa is under the parent company Lilly Beauty Medical Spa, which has locations in the Bay Area, San Diego area, Temecula and one location in Colorado.

He said the spa will offer facial and other noninvasive skincare treatments like microblading or spot treatments for wrinkles. A full list of treatments and prices was not available, but Garcia estimated a basic facial will start around $199.

Ian Forner, a director at Turton Commercial Real Estate, was the broker representing the seller for the deal. Forner said the owners of Lilly Beauty, Omri Haim Siliki and Erez Chen, purchased the property for $767,500. He said in an email to the Sacramento Business Journal that this is the spa’s 15th location and the chain could expand its Sacramento reach further, possibly in the Rocklin or Roseville area.
