Turton Commercial Real Estate’s Scott Kingston, Ken Turton, David Scanlon, and Shilo Rochelle is the listing brokerage team for nearly 40,000 SF of retail/restaurant space for the project that’ll be between West Sacramento City Hall and the redeveloping Bridge District. SKK Developments is expected to be the master developer for Grand Gateway.
