3000 L Street
Turton Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of 3000 L Street to Sutter Valley Medical Foundation for $4,850,000. Turton originally represented Eco Green, LLC in the purchase of 3000 L Street medical building in 2021 at a purchase price of $3,300,000 with the intent of converting the property into a 4-Star hotel. As conditions changed over the years, Eco Green evaluated two other potential real estate paths including improving, leasing and retaining the building as a 100% medical investment or identifying larger scale medical users who might explore redevelopment. The latter path was chosen resulting a very positive outcome for the investor. Ken Turton, Matt Axford, Kimio Bazett, Scott Kingston and Kaylyn Ibarra represented the Seller in the transaction. – December 2025
