Josh’s passion for business and commercial real estate started at a young age. Born and raised in East Sacramento, he has watched the area’s commercial landscape evolve through new development, changing businesses, and shifting market conditions.

Since the beginning of his career, Josh has specialized in urban retail real estate, including standalone properties, strip centers, and anchored shopping centers, with a focus on both sales and leasing. He takes a hands-on, disciplined approach to every transaction, with a focus on understanding the details, identifying opportunities, and getting results for his clients. Whether adding value to a property, navigating a complex sale, or helping a client execute a 1031 exchange, Josh is committed to seeing each deal through from start to finish.

Josh’s interest in commercial real estate extends beyond the properties themselves. He enjoys understanding the businesses and people behind each transaction and staying closely attuned to the market forces that shape their decisions. His local knowledge, market awareness, and persistent approach have helped him build lasting relationships and a strong track record with his clients.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys traveling both nationally and internationally. He spends much of his free time outdoors hiking, fishing, and boating, and makes the occasional trip to Napa for a day of wine tasting.
