John McCallum received his Broker’s license in 1994. John specializes in originating, underwriting and closing commercial real estate loans. He has been involved in secondary commercial market transactions, structured workout transactions with lenders and has provided structured bridge financing.
John has consistently built and maintained relationships with commercial market lenders to provide clients with evaluated loan solutions. John has extensive credit and underwriting experience; skilled in risk management and cashflow analysis, legal compliance, project resolution, long-term planning. John is The Borrower’s Advocate for commercial real estate owners.
The Borrower Advocacy practice specializes in the exclusive representation of commercial real estate investors, developers and property owners seeking long-term financing or short-term bridge loans.
