Over the last decade, Jon Lang has established himself as a “go-to” investment broker in the Sacramento urban core, specializing in the sale of office, apartment, and redevelopment projects throughout Midtown and Downtown Sacramento.
Since joining Turton Commercial in 2012, Jon has completed sale and lease transactions totaling over $300,000,000 in gross consideration, establishing many “per square foot” and “per door” sales records in the process.
Jon provides a unique value proposition to his clients, which includes an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate economic, technical, and legal variables that impact every transaction. Jon takes on many roles for his clients that include strategic planning, in-depth market analysis, property valuation, complex contract review and interpretation, and financial modeling for unique commercial properties, land parcels, and development opportunities. As a result, property owners, developers, appraisers, and lenders have hired and relied upon Jon due to his strong market intel, legal background, communication and writing skills, and best-in-class financial underwriting of complex commercial properties.
Jon has been awarded the ACRE Next Generation Office Broker of the Year award three times, which is earned by the highest-grossing broker in the Sacramento Metro area with less than a decade of experience. In addition to being a licensed real estate broker in the State of California, Jon is also a licensed attorney and an active member of the California State Bar.
Outside of work, Jon enjoys renovating and tinkering with his 1955 mid-century modern home, hacking it up on the golf course, skiing KT-22 at Palisades Tahoe, paddle boarding down the American River, and spending time with his wife, Niki; their son, Jack; and Shih Tzu, Lady Bug
