Starting his CRE career specializing in office and retail landlord and tenant representation during the pandemic, Matt has forged his skills in fire since 2021 to become an expert in identifying value-add office/retail owner-user and investment opportunities. His communicative approach delivers clear results for his clients that ultimately leads to more money in their pockets.
Starting in the commercial building work at the age of 14, Matt has swung a hammer in almost every aspect of construction, from surveying three acre plus commercial projects to finish carpentry on multi-million dollar homes. Combined with his twenty-three years as a successful equity trader and four years at Turton Commercial Matt uses an analytical approach to commercial real estate investment resulting in representation of some of the most prominent and prolific investors, developers, and business owners in Sacramento including: CalPERS, Hines, Canyon Partners, Eco Green, SKK, Legacy Ventures, Kevin Khasigian, SainiCap, D & G Financial Management, Dust Bowl Brewing, Michael Hargis, Pazza Notte, Immortal Coffee and Cafe.

A Downtown Sacramento resident, Matt enjoys riding and racing for the Paco’s / Shriners Racing Team. When not on the bike or on a plane to Europe with the family, Matt can be found in his favorite chair reading white papers about the equities market.
