D&S Development Proposes New Project at 21st and K in Midtown

D&S Development is making a second try at developing housing on the northwest corner of 21st and K streets in Midtown Sacramento, with a less ambitious scope than the first time.
The new proposal for 2031 K St. would be a three-story, 45-unit apartment project of about 28,290 square feet overall.
The ground floor of 21K would have about 1,400 square feet of retail, across two spaces. In addition to apartment units, the building would also have patios and long-term bike parking on the ground floor.
Turton Commercial Real Estate listed it and the entitlements for sale last year.
Scott Kingston, Ken Turton, and Kimio Bazett from Turton Commercial Real Estate are working on this deal.
